Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Dispatch technicians to fill up their work schedule
Answer high volume of calls
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Schedule appointments and meetings
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
Maintains staff confidentiality
Working knowledge of email, scheduling, and general office software
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
Inventory management
Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing materials
2 years or more related experience
Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school graduate or GED equivalent with some college or equivalent experience to perform duties.
2. One to two years’ customer or client services experience.
3. Proficiency in using the complete Office 365.
4. Excellent communications skills and follow-up.
5. Ability to maintain work schedule.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Ability to proof work for error.
8. Good organization and time management skills.
9. Ability to work cooperatively and cordially in a team atmosphere and to work independently on assigned accounts.
10. High degree of motivation to work accurately and efficiently.
11. Good oral and written communications skills including using proper grammar and punctuation.

Job Description
Requirements include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, as well as post-installation computer networks and VoIP phone systems.
- Setup and maintain servers and Active Directories
- Installation , Manage, and troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Server & office 365
- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and administer deployment of IP based PBXs and VoIP endpoints
- Design, implement, maintain, monitor, and administer deployment of security cameras and access control systems.
- Setup and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Configuring, maintaining Desktop/laptop computer hardware and peripherals
- Configuring, maintaining Adobe products, Internet browsers and Antivirus/Spyware/Malware
- Implementing and monitoring network security , Firewalls and VPNs
- WIFI networks setup
- Provide technical support and assistance to other members of the IT team
- Identify issues/concerns with telecommunication carriers and service providers to ensure telecommunication systems and circuits maintain optimal performance.
- Install low voltage cable when needed, design and install telephony wall fields, and terminate cable
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years applied experience within the telecom industry with premise wiring
- 5-7 years of experience in computer networking
- CCNA certification, or comparable professional experience is required.
- Experience with both residential and commercial environments
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Windows Server experience, including installation, migration, support/maintenance
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be loyal and want to work long term
- Must own reliable truck/van vehicle w/insurance and valid license and with a good driving record
- Must have tools

Low-Voltage Structured Cabling Telephone & CCTV Camera Technician
We are looking for highly motivated, great communicators, low voltage & CCTV camera technicians, who are looking to grow with an established Los Angeles based company.
Job Description
- Install structured cabling, low voltage cables (Cat 5e, CAT6, Fiber Optic)
- Wire and install CCTV security cameras
- Wire and install PA systems
- Wire and install access control systems
- Terminating and dressing distribution frames (patch panels, 66 and/or 110 blocks, etc.)
- Move phones and connect phone systems
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years applied experience within the telecom industry with premise wiring
- Must have good knowledge of structured cabling requirements, design, and Installation
- Experience overseeing and/or leading crews
- Minimum 2 years experience with security cameras
- Experience with both residential and commercial environments
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must have ability to read and interpret floor plans
- Must have knowledge to install support structures (ladder racks, j-hooks, etc.)
- Ability to work well as a team member
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
