Quote Incorporation Terms

By accepting this Quote, Client agrees to the terms below and the governing documents referenced here. Only the sections that apply to the services actually ordered will govern.

Governing Documents

This Quote incorporates the following by reference (all v1.0, effective February 1, 2026):

Master Services Agreement — payment, liability, disputes, IP, indemnity, general terms

Service-Specific Terms — rules for each service type (see below)

Services Guide — hours, support, SLA, payment methods

Privacy Policy — how we handle information

If you cannot access any document, do not accept this Quote until resolved.

Addenda (When Applicable)

Alarm & Security Addendum — alarm, monitoring, access control, video

E911 Acknowledgment — VoIP clients (must be signed before activation)

Installation Notice — California installation projects

Data Processing Addendum — clients with regulated or personal data

Product-Specific Terms

The Service-Specific Terms apply based on what you purchase:

VoIP, Phones, SMS, Internet, Carrier Services — Section A: E911, number porting, SMS/10DLC, carrier fees, toll fraud

Alarm, Cameras, Access Control, Monitoring — Section B: not an insurer, liability cap, permits, false alarms, camera/privacy

Managed IT, MSP, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Help Desk — Section C: shared responsibility, no security guarantee, backup limits, hold harmless

AI, Machine Learning, Automation — Section D: outputs not guaranteed, human review required, hold harmless

Cabling, Installation, Low-Voltage — MSA §10A/10B: site requirements, NDAA, prevailing wage

Order of Precedence

If documents conflict: This Quote > Service-Specific Terms > MSA > Privacy Policy > Services Guide.

Third-Party Services

Some products may be provided by third-party carriers, vendors, or platforms. Dove may act as reseller, broker, or channel partner and may receive compensation from these providers. This does not increase Client’s cost. Dove is not the guarantor or direct provider of third-party services. See MSA §6A for details.

Key Reminders

• Cancellation and non-renewal notices must follow the MSA (§25)

• Quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated

• SLA response times apply only if this Quote includes an SLA or support plan
